You might have specific fitness goals, but also a need to find inner calm and balance between mind and body. Some short sequences of Qigong/yoga movements or breathing exercises could be used at the start or end of training sessions to help you transition between states of activity and relaxation, and to start to make a stronger connection between mind and body. Every body is different, and there are many ways to structure personalized sessions. Together we can find a unique way that works best for you.
Find the right balance for you. Mix and match between personal training sessions and mindfulness sessions.
The mindfulness sessions include meditation in movement (yoga and Qigong inspired), breathwork and guided meditation.
A recommend option is two personal training sessions and one mindfulness session a week but you can play around with your choice!
Yang style Qigong: Many of the practices are much more of a ‘workout’ than other types of qigong, but always with an internal focus and awareness to create strong vibrant energy.
